用户协议 Terms of Service

欢迎使用胖哒生活(PandaLife)平台。本协议由您与 PANDALIFE DIGITAL INNOVATION LIMITED(香港)及其乌兹别克斯坦运营主体 "PANDALIFE DIGITAL INNOVATION" LLC 共同签订。
使用本平台即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本协议的全部条款。如您不同意本协议,请停止使用本平台。
Welcome to PandaLife. This agreement is entered into between you and PANDALIFE DIGITAL INNOVATION LIMITED (Hong Kong) and its Uzbekistan operating entity, "PANDALIFE DIGITAL INNOVATION" LLC.
By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
胖哒生活为在乌兹别克斯坦的华人用户提供以下服务:
餐饮外卖配送
超市及日用品配送
生鲜食品配送
到店团购
签证及生活缴费协助
租房信息服务
我们保留随时调整、更新或终止部分服务的权利,并将提前通知用户。
PandaLife provides the following services to Chinese-speaking users in Uzbekistan:
Food and restaurant delivery
Grocery and daily essentials delivery
Fresh produce delivery
In-store group deals
Visa and utility payment assistance
Housing and rental information
We reserve the right to adjust, update, or discontinue any service at any time, with prior notice to users.
注册要求:
您须年满18周岁
提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息
一人仅限注册一个账户
妥善保管账户密码,账户安全由您自行负责
Registration requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information
Each person may only register one account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
使用本平台时,您同意不得:
发布虚假信息或恶意评价
利用平台从事任何违法活动
侵犯他人知识产权或隐私权
恶意刷单、套取平台优惠
干扰平台正常运营
冒充他人或平台工作人员
违反上述规定,我们有权暂停或永久封禁您的账户。
When using our platform, you agree not to:
Post false information or malicious reviews
Use the platform for any unlawful purposes
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Abuse promotions or engage in fraudulent order activity
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
Impersonate other users or platform staff
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.
订单提交后即视为有效购买意向
请确保配送地址准确,因地址错误导致的损失由用户承担
支付成功后订单正式生效
如需取消订单,请在商家接单前操作,接单后的取消须符合平台退款政策
Orders are considered valid upon submission
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate; losses caused by incorrect addresses are the user's responsibility
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
Cancellations must be made before the merchant accepts the order; cancellations after acceptance are subject to our refund policy
以下情况可申请退款:
商家取消订单
配送超时且经平台核实
收到与描述严重不符的商品
平台系统故障导致订单异常
退款申请须在收货后24小时内提交,逾期恕不受理。退款将在3至7个工作日内原路返还。
Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:
The merchant cancels the order
Delivery is significantly delayed and verified by the platform
Items received are materially different from their description
Order anomalies caused by platform system errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. Late requests will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
平台上的商家须对其提供的商品及服务质量负责
胖哒生活作为平台方,不对商家的具体商品或服务质量承担直接责任
如与商家发生纠纷,平台将提供协调支持,但最终责任由商家承担
Merchants on the platform are responsible for the quality of their products and services
PandaLife, as a platform operator, does not bear direct responsibility for the specific products or services provided by merchants
In the event of a dispute with a merchant, the platform will provide mediation support, but ultimate responsibility lies with the merchant
胖哒生活平台上的所有内容,包括但不限于Logo、文字、图片、界面设计及软件代码,均为 PANDALIFE DIGITAL INNOVATION LIMITED 所有,受香港及乌兹别克斯坦知识产权法律保护。
未经书面授权,任何人不得复制、转载、修改或以任何形式使用上述内容。
All content on the PandaLife platform, including but not limited to logos, text, images, interface design, and software code, is owned by PANDALIFE DIGITAL INNOVATION LIMITED and protected under the intellectual property laws of Hong Kong and Uzbekistan.
No content may be reproduced, republished, modified, or used in any form without prior written authorization.
以下情况导致的服务中断或损失,平台不承担责任:
不可抗力事件(自然灾害、战争、政府管制等)
网络故障或第三方服务中断
用户自身原因导致的损失
超出平台合理控制范围的情况
The platform shall not be held liable for service interruptions or losses caused by:
Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)
Network failures or third-party service outages
Losses caused by the user's own actions
Circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。协议发生重大变更时,我们将通过平台通知或电子邮件提前告知。继续使用本平台即视为您接受变更后的协议。
We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in advance via platform notification or email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended agreement.
本协议受香港特别行政区法律管辖。
如发生争议,双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的,提交香港有管辖权的法院解决。
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.

本协议中文版与英文版如有歧义,以中文版为准。 In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
